10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the package and product promptly after delivery.

If the package or product appears damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise different from the order placed, please contact VETHER as soon as possible and within 7 working days of delivery.

Photographs and/or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

VETHER does not offer returns or refunds for general reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Color preference

  • Style preference

  • Ordering the wrong size where the product itself is correct

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Product not matching personal expectations where the product delivered is the product ordered

Returns and refunds are considered only for eligible issues such as:

  • Product received damaged

  • Product missing from the package

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Wrong product delivered compared with the order placed

  • Other verified fulfillment errors attributable to VETHER

Eligible issues must be reported within 7 working days from delivery.

12. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests may be considered only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers should contact VETHER as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after order processing has begun.
